Technology:
Hive Digital implemented Mixpanel to unify data across platforms and enable comprehensive reporting.
Key steps included:
- Installing Mixpanel tracking scripts across the website to capture user interactions by channel.
- Coordinating with the API vendor to pass CRM data back into Mixpanel, tying historical web activity to lead and opportunity data.
- Working with the internal IT team to tag loan application systems with Mixpanel. When API automation was delayed, Hive created an interim solution using Google Tag Manager to push loan decision data via the data layer. This allowed the marketing team to begin tracking approvals and loan amounts, with full API automation achieved later.
