Customer Services Representative

As Customer Service Representative you will:
- Act as the project coordinator for clients across various digital marketing service areas.
- Provide exemplary customer service to customer points of contact.
- Facilitate all client and internal meetings and record next steps for the agency and the clients
- Build out tasks and assignments in Hive’s project management system (Asana)
- Ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Be the first Hive team member to take action when receiving and inbound communication from a client. Communicate clearly and often with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and maintain timelines with internal and external teams.
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be prepared to seek out and recommend internal process improvements.
- Be able to sort competing demands and prioritize by importance.
- 1-2 years of workplace experience. Applicants with more extensive experience are welcome.
- Special consideration will be given to applicants with one or more of the following work experiences:
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience working on search engine optimization projects with clients or in-house
- Experience working in digital advertising platforms
- *This is not a consultant role. However, those with consultant or digital marketing project experience who are interested in being a primary representative of Hive Digital with clients are encouraged to apply. Growth opportunities into consultant roles are made available from this position.

- Competitive Salary: The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000
